What "Remote-First" Means To Us

Interactions is a remote-first company allowing employees to work from anywhere in the US. With that said, we aren’t abandoning the office entirely. Our offices can be reserved for customer meetings, team collaboration, or individual work space, as needed.

2022 Employee Appreciation Week!

A series of virtual events offering employees fun perks and appreciation for their hard work throughout the year!

Our first event was one of the most anticipated...our Virtual Dog Show! The competition was ruff, but we crowned the 2022 ‘Best in Show’! Congratulations to Reggiedoodle and his proud owner, Eric!

It’s a big green thumbs up for our second Employee Appreciation Week event, Houseplant Care 101! Employees potted a snake plant while our host provided tips and tricks on how to keep it thriving for years to come.

Our final event was for SURE a crowd favorite! From the comfort of our homes we were guided through this pourable post card of 8 classic Italian and French wines!

We ended Employee Appreciation Week with "Interactions Day," a bonus company holiday for our incredible employees to relax, recharge and spend time with family and friends. It was the cherry on top of a perfect week!
